Replacing your Timing Belt or Cambelt is an essential part of your vehicle’s routine maintenance. Not carrying out a replacement in line with the manufacturers’ recommendation is likely to lead to belt failure which will result in serious damage to the engine.

In many cases the water pump is driven by the Timing Belt, so we would recommend this be replaced at the same time. This is mainly due to the tired water pump bearings not always agreeing with a taught new Timing Belt and after all, nobody wants to be doing the job again in a short period of time.
